So I am finally starting to walk better - less of a limp and more mobility! Yeah! I will be heading back to the gym any day now. I just have to kick this sinus allergy issue that is bugging me. I plan to log some miles on the stationary bike, swim and do weights. I need to get strong if I think I want to do TNT this winter.
I have also gotten back on plan with my weight watchers program. So far two days of tracking and eating on point.
