Woohoo!!! I am down 14.2 since I last weighed in at Weight Watchers in January just before I broke my ankle. I am down 3.4 in the past 10 days since I started my excel spreadsheet. My total weightloss percentage this week is: 1.47%.
I have had a great week tracking and eating. I am finally starting to feel better so I hope that I will be starting my workouts again. I plan to hit the gym 4-5 days a weeks and do the wii or other stuff at home too. I am so tired of being out of shape!
